The agenda will be ready to download and there will also be a copy on the parish council noticeboard by the Wednesday prior to the Monday meeting at the latest.( Wednesday 29th October 2025)
The minutes will be published as soon after the meeting as possible and will become final after they have been signed as a true record by the chair at the following meeting.
These will also be posted on the noticeboard in the village near the bus stop.
