The agenda will be posted at least 3 working days prior to the meeting.
The minutes are posted as soon as they have been written and will remain as draft minutes until they have been signed off by the chair at the following meeting.
The signed minutes are not published online to prevent the signature being copied but are always available to view from the clerk.
If there are any amendments to the minutes, these will be updated online.
