The minutes are posted as soon as they have been written and will remain as draft minutes until they have been signed off by the chair at the following meeting.
The signed minutes are not published online to prevent the signature being copied but are always available to view from the clerk.
If there are any amendments to the minutes, these will be updated online.

The minutes are always draft minutes until the following meeting when they are signed off by the chair. Any amendments needed will be done then and changed on the attachment.
